Dr Tayla Johnson is a polyvagal-informed chiropractor with advanced training in Neural Organisation Technique (N.O.T) and vagus nerve function and techniques, with a deep focus on nervous system regulation. Her care supports the body in shifting out of the fight-or-flight state and back into balance — reducing stress, improving posture, and restoring natural function.
Dr Tayla tailors each treatment to your individual needs, drawing from gentle and effective methods including Neural Organisation Technique (N.O.T), vagus nerve function and techniques, Diversified Technique, Applied Kinesiology, and Activator Methods.

Dr Hao Tay is a chiropractor with a passion for helping people of all ages feel and function at their best. A graduate of Murdoch University's Bachelor of Chiropractic Science, Hao brings a genuinely holistic approach to care, shaped by experience across chiropractic, remedial massage, and personal training
Having worked in both regional and metro clinics, from a high-volume family practice in Queensland to a community-focused clinic in regional Western Australia, Hao has cared for patients across every stage of life, from sports injuries and occupational strain to aged care. This breadth of experience, alongside further training in diversified, drop-piece, activator, and SOT techniques, means Hao is able to tailor every treatment plan to the individual in front of him.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Hao is committed to building genuine, lasting relationships with patients and empowering them through education to take charge of their own health journey. Hao is excited to continue growing under mentorship while helping patients and their families feel truly supported, cared for, and understood.

Helena Dunlea
(Remedial massage therapist)
Helena is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma in Remedial Massage, completed in 2019. After building her career running a successful practice in New Zealand, she has brought her experience and passion to her new home in Perth.
For Helena, massage is more than a profession , it's a lifelong study of how the body works and a mission to help people regain their mobility. She believes no two bodies are ever the same, which is why she loves tailoring her approach to each individual and learning something new with every client.
Helena offers a range of treatments, from soothing relaxation sessions to targeted remedial work. Her techniques include deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, allowing her to support clients whether they're looking to unwind or address specific concerns.
Helping people move freely and live without pain is her greatest passion. When she's not in the clinic, you'll find her out exploring her new home, hitting the gym, or enjoying a long walk. Staying active is her favourite way to unwind.

Isabella ‘Bella’ Bernardini
(Remedial massage therapist)
Isabella “Bella” Bernardini is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. With seven years of experience in sporting environments, including four years as a Sports Trainer with West Perth Football Club, Bella has developed a strong understanding of movement, recovery and the demands placed on the body.
Bella currently works across multiple clinics, treating a diverse range of clients from elite athletes to everyday movers of all ages. Her sporting experience includes two seasons as a contracted massage therapist with Fremantle Football Club AFL and AFLW, as well as working with AFL, NRL and international sporting teams including the Italian National Rugby Team and Philippines Women’s National Football Team. She has also provided massage therapy at Rugby Sevens Perth and major endurance events including the Busselton Ironman and Tour of Margaret River.
While Bella has a strong passion for sports and performance, her approach extends well beyond the sporting world. She enjoys working with clients managing persistent or chronic pain, everyday aches and tension, training-related concerns and more complex presentations, tailoring each treatment to the individual and their goals.
Bella incorporates a range of techniques including remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, and targeted soft tissue work, with additional training in TMJ-specific treatment and pregnancy massage. Her focus is on providing effective, personalised treatment while ensuring clients feel comfortable, listened to and relaxed throughout their appointment.
Outside of the clinic, Bella is an easy-going person who loves a good chat about pretty much anything and everything. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her doing reformer Pilates, at contrast therapy, watching or working at footy, enjoying live music, spending time with friends and family, or getting creative with colouring, junk journalling and beaded jewellery.
